Terrible customer service

Very disappointed followed the instructions on how to wash this cashmere cardigan. After air drying it, the cardigan had shrank some and felt very different when I reported it to customer service Jose, the gentleman who was supposed to be helping me was no help at all told me he would look into it and to give him some time two minutes he came back with he could only offer me 10% off honestly was very disappointed in the material of the cardigan ans the customer service. I will never shop at ALO again.
