I actually love this stuff. I don't know if it is placebo but I like to take these when my stomach is hurting after a meal and it has never done me wrong. I bring a bag of these when I travel or anywhere I go because I truly believe that they help. I was using the lemme debloat and I feel that this is much more effective.
