If you purchase an e-Gift Card with other items, your gift card will be emailed once your entire order ships. If purchasing your e-Gift Card alone, you will receive an email with the card and instructions for sending to your recipient of choice. Allow at least 30 minutes for processing.

- All Gift Card purchases are final sale, non-reloadable (by the customer) and non-refundable
- Valid online and in stores within the U.S. Restrictions apply. Gift Cards are currently only accepted for in store purchases at participating international locations.
- e-Gift Cards are subject to a mandatory security screening
- ALO gift cards with balances under $15 are redeemable for cash at California retail locations and elsewhere as required by law.

So, I want a refund on this gift card! Why? Well I have tried chatting with your company, been emailing your company non-stop, and have been on hole for a total of 53 minutes! I am so over Alo and would not recommend your company or goods to anyone! I NEVER received the gift card by email or physical mail! It would've been nice to be able to tell someone this before getting whatever this email is about! This still isn't the gift card! I had to give my neice cash instead and I begged her to spend it LuLu or Athleta! Credit my credit card today! The order number for the original gift card is #18886268. Need anything else from me? I want to hear back from your company regarding this matter and to be assured I get a credit! I know things happen but the customer service is what has me so worked up!! Awful! No excuse when I have tried so many times! Pathetic!
