I’m so happy I finally purchased this perfect, ascetically pleasing wheel! Even though I’m a yogi, I actually got it to improve my posture. It was super painful at first, but committed to daily use, and getting less uncomfortable each day. I’m even beginning to hear my back cracking as the discs stretch and loosen. It’s going to help me so much!
